InformationBodyIf you believe your Bluevine debit card has been lost or stolen, you can report it via the Bluevine web dashboard, mobile app, or phone: From the Bluevine web dashboard From the Bluevine mobile app By phone via our 24/7 IVR Note: Marking your card lost or stolen cannot be undone. The card will be cancelled and a new card will be issued. To temporarily lock or freeze your debit card instead, refer to this support article. How to mark your card lost or stolen from the Bluevine web dashboard Sign in to the Bluevine dashboard. Select the settings (gear) icon in the upper right-hand corner. Select Debit Card. Select the card you would like to manage to open the Card details side panel. Click Report Lost or stolen. Select the appropriate option: My card was stolen or My card was lost. Verify your shipping address. Note: To avoid possible delays, please make sure your address is correct in your Profile before marking your card as lost or stolen. Click Order new card. Physical cards will be shipped to your home address in 7–10 business days. Once received via USPS, you can activate your new card by following the prompts on the packaging. Virtual cards will be accessible immediately and can be added to virtual wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. Refer to this support article for more information.
