InformationBodyWhen you're approved for a Bluevine Business Checking account, we’ll ship your Bluevine Business Debit Mastercard® to the shipping address you designated when completing your application. For security purposes, your Bluevine debit card will come in a blank envelope and must be activated prior to use. For information about ordering debit cards for Additional Users or sub-accounts, see this support article. How long will it take to receive my debit card? Your debit card can take between 7–10 business days to arrive, but may take longer due to holidays or shipping delays. Activating your debit card You can activate your debit card by following the steps outlined in our activating your debit card article. If I haven’t received my debit card, what are my options? If you haven’t received your Bluevine Business Debit Mastercard® within the expected timeframe, you have the option to order a new debit card by marking your card as lost or stolen in your Bluevine dashboard. Verify your shipping address Before marking your card lost or stolen, verify your personal and business addresses. Sign in to your Bluevine dashboard.Click the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner, then click Profile.Scroll to the bottom of the screen and review each address.Select your preferred shipping address. Mark your debit card as lost or stolen After verifying that your shipping address is correct, report the card as lost or stolen via the web browser dashboard or the mobile app. From a desktop or mobile web browser Sign in to your Bluevine dashboard.Select the settings icon in the upper right-hand corner.Select Debit Card.Click Report Lost or Stolen. Note: If you are the account Administrator and there are multiple users with debit cards on the account, click the three dots next to the card you want to mark as lost or stolen. Select My card is lost or My card was stolen.Confirm that your shipping address is correct.Click Order new card. From the Bluevine mobile app Sign in to the Bluevine app.Navigate to Settings in the bottom right corner.Select Debit Card.Below Activate Card, click Report Lost or Stolen.Select My card is lost or My card was stolen.Confirm that your shipping address is correct.Select Order new card. Once completed, you should see a message confirming that your order has been placed. Freezing your debit card If you’ve misplaced your card but don’t believe it is truly lost or stolen, you can temporarily freeze your card at any time.
