InformationBodyIf you believe your virtual card has been stolen or your physical card has been lost or stolen, you can report it at any time via your Bluevine dashboard. Please note that marking your card lost or stolen cannot be undone and we’ll need to reissue a new card. You’ll immediately be issued a new virtual card number without having to wait for shipping and you can start using it right away. You can easily report your Bluevine debit or credit card lost or stolen in one of three ways: From your Bluevine Dashboard (web): Click here to continue with those steps. How to mark your card lost or stolen from your Bluevine dashboard Sign in to your Bluevine dashboard Select the Settings icon in the upper right-hand corner Select the appropriate tab based on what card type you would like to report as lost or stolen, either Debit Card or Credit Card Select the card you would like to manage to open the Card details panel Select Report Lost/Stolen Note: If you are the account Administrator and there are multiple users with cards on the account, select the appropriate card and select Report Lost or Stolen. Choose either My card was stolen or My card was lost Verify your shipping address Note: To avoid possible delays, please make sure your address is correct in your Profile before marking your card as lost or stolen. Select Order new card Physical cards will be shipped to your home address in 7-10 business days. Once received via USPS, you can activate your new card by following the prompts on the packaging. Virtual cards will be accessible immediately and can be added to virtual wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. Refer to our support article for more information.
