InformationBodyIf you’ve misplaced your Bluevine debit card but don’t believe it’s lost or stolen, you can temporarily lock (freeze) your card at any time. This applies to both physical and virtual cards. If you need to report your card as lost or stolen, please refer to this article for detailed steps. You can easily lock or unlock your Bluevine debit card in one of three ways: From the Bluevine web dashboard From the Bluevine mobile app By phone via our 24/7 IVR (locking only) How to lock or unlock your card from your dashboard Sign in to your Bluevine dashboard. Select the settings (gear) icon in the upper right-hand corner. Select Debit Card. Select the card you would like to manage to open the card details panel. Click the card status toggle off to switch to Locked, or toggle on to switch to Active (unlocked). Note: The card can only be unlocked by the user who requested to lock it. For example, if the Administrator locked the Authorized User’s debit card on their behalf, the Administrator must unlock the card. How to lock your card from your Bluevine mobile app Sign in to your Bluevine mobile app. Select Profile on the bottom menu. Select Debit Card. Click the card status toggle off to switch to Locked, or toggle on to switch to Active (unlocked). How to lock your card via Phone Call our automated phone system anytime (24/7) to lock your card or report it lost or stolen. Dial (888) 216-9619 and follow the prompts to lock your card. Note: The ability to unlock your card is not available via phone.
