InformationBodyYou can request to change your personal and business information from your dashboard by navigating to Profile in the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard on a web browser. Updating Business and Personal Information Sign in to your Bluevine dashboard Note: Updating business or personal information is currently not available via the Bluevine mobile app Select the Profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard, then select Profile Under the Company & Profile tab, select which field you would like to edit from the list below: Personal Details First Name Last Name Title (Manager, Owner, Employee, etc.) Address and Apt/Suite #Primary phone number Mobile phone number Company information Business name DBA nameAddress and Apt/Suite #Phone numberWebsite Shipping Details Select which is your preferred physical shipping method by selecting the button next to your personal or business address. We’ll send your debit and/or credit cards and any checkbook orders to your preferred physical shipping address. Additional Owners Information If your business has additional owners they will be listed here. If any updates need to be made to your additional owners, please contact us and we’ll assist you. Enter your updated information and select the green check box to save your information Select the red X if you want to cancel your update Requests to change first name, last name, business name, and DBA name can take up to three business days to take effect. You’ll receive an email when the change is complete. You’ll see a timer icon next to a requested change while it is under review.Sometimes, we may need additional information to verify the change(s) you requested for your account security. If we require additional information, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account that you have a required task to complete. You can access your tasks by selecting the bell icon in the upper right-hand corner. Enter the appropriate information in the fields and select Save Frequently Asked Questions What if I need to update something that is not listed on my dashboard? (e.g., EIN, entity type, SSN, DOB, adding or removing additional owners, ownership percentage, etc.) For other information update requests please contact us so we can assist you. In these instances, we may require updated documentation to verify the change. If additional information is required, we’ll add a task to your dashboard for you to complete.Can I add a P.O. Box as one of my addresses?
