Withdraw or transfer remaining funds before requesting closure Pending activity: Wait until all transactions, transfers, and deposits have cleared Linked services: If you use your Bluevine account for payments, payroll, or vendor deposits, be sure to update those before closure Administrators: Only the administrator on the account may request account closure Account Status: Your account must be in good standing prior to closure Bluevine Credit Cards: If you have a Bluevine Business Cashback Mastercard account, your checking account cannot be closed unless the credit card account is also closed Bluevine Line of Credit: If you have a Bluevine Line of Credit, and use your checking account for payments, be sure to set up an alternate payment method Note: If you use a non-Bluevine checking account for draws, transfers will follow standard ACH processing times. Same-day transfers by wire may include additional fees. Fees: There are no fees to close your Bluevine account How to request account closure Currently, accounts cannot be closed directly online. To close your account: Call Bluevine Customer Support at (888) 216-9619. Support hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–8 PM ET. Ask to close your Bluevine Business Checking account. A support representative will verify your identity and confirm your account details meet the criteria outlined above. If everything is clear, your account will be scheduled for closure. How long does it take? Once approved, closures are typically completed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the account is officially closed.
