InformationBodyHow do I locate my Business Checking statements? Bank statements are essential for understanding your financial health and provide detailed records of your deposits, withdrawals, and fees. Regularly reviewing these statements can help you identify spending patterns, track income, and ensure there are no unauthorized transactions. You can view statements for your primary account and any sub-accounts you have with Bluevine. Here’s how: To locate your Business Checking statements in the Bluevine dashboard: Sign in to your Bluevine Dashboard Navigate to the ‘Documents & Reports’ tab on the left-hand menu Click ‘Banking Statements’ to view Choose the account from the dropdown menu and select the year Click the link for the month you would like to view Frequently Asked Questions Why are there footnotes on my bank statements? We include footnotes on your statements to make it easier to learn how balances are calculated on your bank statements. Sometimes, you might notice slight differences between balances reported by Bluevine and our Sweep Program partner, Intrafi, and the footnotes provide clarity about why. Why does the balance on the first page of my statement differ from the balance on the Sweep Program Monthly Statement page? There are two main reasons the balance might differ. These are: Balance Timing Difference The balance on the first page reflects the ending balance on the last business day of the month, provided by Bluevine. The Sweep Program Monthly Statement balance reflects the ending balance from the day prior to the last business day, provided by Intrafi. Interest Inclusion in Balance Intrafi includes interest earned during the month in its reported balance, even though it hasn’t been paid out yet. Bluevine excludes the interest until it is officially paid out on the first day of the following month. Does this mean my statements aren’t accurate? This doesn’t impact the accuracy of your statement. The footnotes provide information about how the reported balances and interest are calculated, which can explain any discrepancies. Will I see these footnotes even if there’s no discrepancy in my statement? Yes, the footnotes will appear on all sub-account and primary account statements to maintain consistency and transparency, even if there is no balance discrepancy or transaction for the month. Where can I find the footnotes? The footnotes will be visible on both sub-account and primary account statements, regardless of transaction activity or balance discrepancies.
