Open the Bluevine app. Go to Sales > Tap to Pay If you see this message: “Your phone is not equipped with Tap to Pay. See compatible devices.” it means your device isn’t supported. Please review the linked list of compatible devices to find one that works. Check your Stripe Connection Connected: Select Enable Tap to Pay. Not connected: Follow this article to set up your Stripe connection. Pending: Log in to your Stripe Dashboard and check for any requests for additional details. If no tasks are listed, Stripe is still reviewing your application. Declined: Tap to Pay cannot be enabled at this time. Set your business location for transactions. This location will appear on transactions. Select an existing business or home address, then click Save. Or, to add a new address (cannot be a P.O Box): Select ⊕ Add new address . Enter your street address, (optional) Apt/Suite #, city, state, and zip code. Select Save and Continue. Select Done. Your device is ready to accept payments via Tap to Pay.
