InformationBodyPayment Management You can view the amount due, payment due date, and available credit balances on your Bluevine Dashboard and Bluevine mobile app. You will be asked to sign up for autopay when accepting the credit card offer. You can set a custom amount for how much the autopay debits from your account each month. If your autopay amount does not cover the full amount due, you can make a manual payment to cover the difference. Any remaining balance will be outstanding and subject to interest accrual. Auto and Manual Payment Options Payment options you can select when making a payment or setting up autopay. Last statement balance This amount will reflect the remaining statement balance. For example, if the statement balance was $100.00, but you paid $10.00, this option will now debit $90.00 instead of $100.00. Represents the total of all purchases, fees, interest, and unpaid balances, minus any payments or credits, during a billing cycle. Minimum payment due What is the minimum payment due? Important: You must pay at least the minimum amount due to avoid late fees and delinquency. $25.00 or 2.5% of the statement balance, whichever is greater. If the statement balance is greater than $25.00, the minimum due is the greater of $25.00 or 2.5% of the statement balance. If the statement balance is less than $25.00, the minimum due will be the statement balance amount. Other amount An option to input a custom amount Note: A late fee will be applied to the account balance if you pay less than the minimum payment due. Autopay Set up using your Bluevine Business Checking account You will set up your autopay when accepting your credit card offer by following these steps on the Confirm your payment preferences page: Select your Bluevine Checking account or existing external account from the dropdown menu for the Pay from field If you need to add a bank account, refer to the Adding a bank account Help Center article. Select the appropriate “payment amount” option: Last statement balanceMinimum payment dueOther amount Input the appropriate amount Click on Confirm and continue to agree to the terms and conditions Add a Bank Account You can add a new bank account by selecting the Add bank account link Follow the Plaid prompts to connect your bank account Select the add autopay and continue button Continue with the acceptance process Payments are processed 3 days before the payment due date to post on time Edit Autopay from the Bluevine Dashboard You have the ability to edit your autopay settings on your Bluevine Dashboard. Sign in to your Bluevine Dashboard Select the Settings tab Select the Credit Card tab In the Payment due date section, click the Edit autopay settings link To edit the payment amount, select the appropriate option under the Payment amount Last statement balanceMinimum payment dueOther amount Input the appropriate amount To edit the Pay from option, select the appropriate bank account from the dropdown menu. Note: Any external bank accounts you have linked to your dashboard will populate, including the Business Checking account. You can add a new bank account by selecting the Add bank account and following the Plaid prompts to connect the bank account. Grace Period The grace period for credit card payments is the time between the statement closing date and the payment due date. Your account will be considered delinquent if a payment is not made after the grace period ends. You have 21-24 days to make a payment after your due date. After seven days of consecutive delinquency (day 29), your account will be placed on hold and you will not be able to make any purchases using your credit card. You must make your minimum payment due and any late fees that may have accrued. Payment Due Date The payment due date is 21-24 days after the statement closing date. The due date will fall on the same date of every month, except if you request to change your due date. Late Payments Late payments are applied to accounts 21 days after the due date when the grace period ends. You will need to make a Manual Payment. You will be charged $39 per late payment if you surpass 21 days past due (once your grace period ends). The late payment fee will be applied on day 22 of no payment or day 1 of delinquency. Late fees are applied once per billing cycle if the minimum amount due is not paid by the due date. Important: If you have two or more late payments within a 12-month period, a penalty APR will be applied to the unpaid balance in addition to the fees. The account will be considered delinquent if you do not make a payment before the grace period ends. Manual Payments You can make manual payments from your Bluevine Dashboard. Sign in to Bluevine Dashboard Select the Credit Card tab Select the Make payment button located on the right-hand side Select the appropriate option under Payment amount Last statement balance Current balance Minimum payment due Other amount: Enter a custom amount to pay Select the appropriate bank account from the Pay from the dropdown menu Note: Any external bank accounts you have linked to your dashboard will populate, including your Business Checking account. You will receive an email advising of the returned payment, the fees, and penalty APR.
