InformationBodyAccount tasks are action items that may appear in your Bluevine dashboard when we need additional information, documentation, approval, or other action related to your account. You can find pending tasks in your dashboard To Do list after signing in. We may also notify you about pending tasks by email or through dashboard notifications. Tasks may be required to verify account information, process transactions, maintain account security, comply with regulatory requirements, or enable certain account features. Completing tasks promptly can help prevent delays with payments, account updates, and other account-related requests. Before you begin Before completing a task, make sure you: Can sign in to your Bluevine account Have access to any requested documents or information Review the task instructions carefully before submitting information Only submit documents or information through the secure task flow in your Bluevine dashboard or another Bluevine-approved channel Note: Some tasks may require supporting documents or additional details before they can be completed. Common account tasks You may see account tasks that require additional information or action before we can process a request, maintain your account, or enable certain features. The following are examples of common account tasks you may encounter. Upload requested documents We may request specific documents or information to help verify your account, keep it secure, or meet legal, regulatory, and partner bank requirements. Examples include but are not limited to: Business bank statements Business formation documents Ownership verification documents Identity verification documents Other supporting documentation related to your account Provide information for an international payment Some international payments require additional information before they can be processed. Examples include but are not limited to: Payment purpose Invoice documentation Contract documentation Beneficiary information Other supporting documents Approve a payment Some payments require your approval before processing can continue. This helps ensure payment requests are authorized by the appropriate account user. Update account information You may receive a task requesting updates to account information to help keep your account accurate and secure. Examples include but are not limited to updates to: Email address Business information Contact information Ownership information Other profile or account details How to complete a task Sign in to your Bluevine account. Locate the To-do list on your dashboard homepage, or select the bell icon to open it from anywhere. Select the task you need to complete. Review the requested information or action. Complete the required steps, such as: Uploading documents Providing payment information Approving a payment Updating account information Select Submit or follow the prompts to complete the task. What happens next After you submit a task: We'll review the information provided. Additional verification may be required depending on the request. You'll receive updates in your dashboard or by email if further action is needed. We review many submitted tasks within 1–2 business days, but timing may vary depending on the task type, the information provided, and whether additional review is needed. Need more help?
