InformationBodyOverview You can personalize your invoices and estimates by adding your business logo and DBA (Doing Business As) name. These features help your business look professional, build customer trust, and ensure every payment request is instantly recognizable. Adding or updating your logo allows you to present a consistent, polished brand across all invoices and profile settings. You can upload, crop, and save your logo once — and it will appear automatically on all new invoices. If your customers know your business by a different name, you can also add your DBA name. This ensures that your invoices reflect the name your customers are familiar with, helping prevent confusion and reinforcing your brand identity. How to manage Logo Logo in Invoices or Estimates First time adding a Logo in an Invoice. Choose which product the logo is needed in For invoices: Go to Sales > Invoice. Select a draft invoice or select Create Invoice. For estimates: Go to Sales > Estimates Select a draft estimate or select Create Estimate. On the top right corner, select Add Logo. Logo pop up will appear. Select Upload File. Select a file from your device files. Note: Accepted formats PNG, JPG, or PDF. 8MB max. Select Next. Adjust the logo by cropping or repositioning as needed. Select Save. Logo has been added, please note that it will appear and can be updated in your profile settings as well. Editing Logo in Invoices or Estimates Choose where logo needs to be edited: Invoices: Go to Sales > Invoices. Create a new Invoice or open a draft Invoice. Estimates: Go to Sales > Estimates. Create a new estimate or open a draft estimate. Hover over the logo and select the pencil icon. Add, delete, or edit the logo as needed. Select Save. The updated logo will appear in all applicable features, unless the logo was removed. Logo in Profile Settings First time adding a logo in profile settings. Go to Profile and select Personal and Company. Locate the logo near shipping details. Select Add Logo. Logo pop-up will appear. Select Upload File. Select a file from your device files. How to manage DBA name Adding or updating DBA name for Invoices or Estimates Choose where DBA needs to be added: Invoices: Go to Sales > Invoices. Create a new invoice or open draft invoice. Estimates: Go to Sales > Estimates. Create a new estimate or open draft estimate. Select Business name dropdown on the top right next to logo. Note: This option will not appear if there is no DBA associated with the account in Bluevine. Select the desired DBA name. Note: This will become the default on Invoices or Estimates once selected. Business name has been updated to DBA name on the invoice or estimate. To edit the name, follow the same steps and select a different name from the business name drop-down. All product names, logos, brands, trademarks, and registered trademarks are property of their respective owners. By uploading a logo, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that its use does not infringe on any third-party rights.
