InformationBodyIf your credit card is damaged, you can order a new credit card on your Bluevine Dashboard, Bluevine mobile app or by Contacting Us. Please note that marking your card damaged cannot be undone and we’ll need to send you a new card. Reporting a Credit Card as Damaged on your Bluevine Dashboard Sign in to Bluevine Dashboard Select Settings Select Credit Card Click the three dots for the appropriate credit card Select Report damaged Review to ensure the shipping address is correct If the shipping address is outdated, you will need to update your shipping address before marking the card as damaged Select Order New Card Reporting a Credit Card as Damaged on your Bluevine mobile app Sign in to your Bluevine mobile app Select Profile on the bottom menu, then Credit Card Select which card to manage Choose Report as damaged Note: If your shipping address is incorrect, you’ll need to log onto your dashboard via an internet browser to update it before marking your card as damaged to ensure it ships to the correct address Select Order new card TitleHow do I request a replacement credit card if my card is damaged?URL NameHow-do-I-request-a-replacement-credit-card-if-my-card-is-damagedPropertiesPublication StatusPublishedArticle Record TypeHelp Center
