To connect your primary external bank account, use a web browser to navigate to External Accounts and click Add Bank Account. To switch which account is your primary account, click the three dots beside the account name and select Make primary. It’s usually best to set the account with the majority of your business revenue as your primary account. We’ll use it to determine any current or future credit offers.

Add a new bank account

1. Sign in to your Bluevine dashboard
2. Navigate to External Accounts
3. Select Banks
4. Click Add Bank Account

5. Click Continue
   
6. Select your bank from the images listed or input your bank’s name in the search bar
   • Note: If your bank account is not listed, Plaid isn’t compatible. Please try using a
     different bank account or manually enter your bank information
7. Enter your online banking sign-in information for your external account
8. If your bank uses multi-factor authentication (MFA), follow the on-screen prompts and click Continue
9. Select the account you’d like to connect
10. Click OK on the ‘Account Added’ pop up
