InformationBodyYou can set up and update certain email notifications sent from us in your Bluevine Dashboard. To access your notifications settings, follow these steps: Sign in to your Bluevine DashboardNavigate to Profile & SettingsSelect the Notifications tab To activate or remove notifications, click the blue checkbox next to the notification you would like to toggle. Some notifications cannot be toggled off for account security purposes. The Notifications tab is separated into the three categories: balance, spending, and account & security. Review the details for each category below: Notification Types: Balance Mobile Check Deposits: This notification will alert you on the status of any mobile check deposits.Bank Statements: Toggling this notification will alert you when your monthly bank statement is available. Available Balance: Toggling this notification will alert you of your available balance. You can change the occurrence of this notification between daily, weekly, or monthly. Click the blue text and select which occurrence you would like from the drop-down menu. Low Balance: Toggling this notification will alert you when your available balance falls below a certain threshold. You can change the threshold amount by selecting the blue text and entering what amount you want to be notified of.Incoming Payment: Toggling this notification will alert you if a payment deposited is over a certain threshold. You can change the threshold amount by selecting the blue text and entering what amount you want to be notified of.Check Funds Available:Toggling this notification will alert you when funds from a check deposit are available for use. Transfer Funds Available:Toggling this notification will alert you when funds from a transfer are available for use. Spending Payment sent or returned: This notification alerts you on the status of your sent payments1. Transfer sent: This notification alerts you on the status of transfers you’ve made1. Payments Scheduled: Toggling this notification will alert you on the status of your scheduled payments. Scheduled Payments Reminder: Toggling this notification will remind you of a scheduled payment 1-12 days before the payment is expected to be sent. To select the number of days you would like to receive an alert, click the blue text “days” and choose from the drop-down menu. ATM Withdrawal: Toggling this notification will alert you if an ATM withdrawal is made over a certain threshold. You can select the threshold amount by selecting the blue text and entering the amount you would like to be notified. Debit Card Transaction:Toggling this notification will alert you when a debit card transaction is made over a certain threshold. You can select the threshold amount by selecting the blue text and entering the amount you would like to be notified. Account & Security Declined debit transaction: Alerts you when there is any suspicious activity on your debit card1 Notifications on the Bluevine App Many of the notifications above are also available on the Bluevine mobile app. To access your notifications select the profile icon in the bottom right of the screen. You will be given an option to select Notifications.
