Appeal Timeframe

You can file an appeal on your dispute within 60 days after the initial dispute decision is made. We cannot open an appeal more than 60 days after the dispute is finalized.

Appeal Process

If you have new information or documentation not included in the initial dispute submission. In that case, you can submit an appeal as long as it falls within the 60 days after the initial dispute was made.

You can still file an appeal if you want to appeal without updated information or documentation. However, the initial decision may stand.

What happens after I submit an appeal?

You will receive an email from our disputes team outlining any next steps. The appeal process may take up to 90 days to fully resolve.
