InformationBodyOverview This article goes over roles and permissions to accept payments. These features can be found through the Sales tab on your Bluevine dashboard. Note: If you do not see the Sales tab, you may not be eligible for these features, but contact us for additional assistance. All eligible users with the roles of Account Administrators, Authorized Users, Accountants, and Clerks have access to the Sales tab for creating and managing Invoices, Estimates, and Payment Links. To enable Payment Links, Invoices with a payment gateway, and Tap To Pay, a Stripe connection is mandatory. Connecting to Stripe can only be completed by Account Administrators and Co-Admins (Authorized Users who have Admin permissions). Once the Stripe connection is active, Authorized Users (Co-Admin and non Co-Admin), Accountants, and Clerks can also use Payment Links, and Authorized Users (Co-Admin and non Co-Admin) can use Tap to Pay. Employees do not have access to the Sales tab or any accounts receivable tools. For a comprehensive breakdown of all user roles and permissions, including details on managing banking, administering users, payments, cards, and lending, please refer to the How do I add and manage my Additional Users?
