The Bluevine App is compatible with mobile devices. We do not support tablets.
Mobile Application Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with the mobile app, we recommend taking the following steps:
- Ensure your phone is updated to the latest operating system and is compatible with Bluevine.
- Ensure that your Bluevine app is updated to the latest version on the app store.
- Verify your network connectivity. Turn off Wifi and try Cellular Data / attempt connecting to a faster speed WiFi network.
- For check deposit, verify the upload speed of your network.
- Turn your device off and on
If you’re still are experiencing issues after the troubleshooting steps:
- Take a screenshot of the error you are experiencing
- Indicate what steps you have taken that produced the error.
- Include the exact phone type, phone operating system and the Bluevine app version
- Email to banking.support@Bluevine.com
