What SMS and MMS messages will Bluevine send me?
We may send you automated SMS (text) or MMS (text with attachment) messages from (650) 449-46091, a 5-digit text shortcode, 71018 for account updates, 47804 for authorizing debit transactions, or 22395 (MFA number). Verified short links sent via text message will come from https://blvn.com/ with a random seven digit string at the end. We use these messages to update you about transactions made with your Business Checking account or Line of Credit, so please save our number for your records. While these are the numbers Bluevine uses for customer contact, our partners do send communication regarding debit card servicing from their own internal numbers.

Can I opt out of SMS and MMS messages?
- To opt out of text messages from Bluevine, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You can also email support@bluevine.com or submit a form through our Contact Us page, and specify that you want to opt out of text messages.
- If you’d like to stop messages from multiple shortcodes, text STOP to each shortcode you would like to unsubscribe from.
- Please allow up to 30 days for us to process your opt-out request. If you opt out of automated calls or text messages, we still may make non-automated calls to you.
- If you'd like to opt back into receiving text messages from Bluevine, reply START to the Bluevine number you'd like to receive alerts from.
How should I respond to an SMS alert about a transaction?
Simply reply with “Yes” if you recognize the transaction and “No” if you don’t. We’ll then respond with any steps you need to take.
Will I be charged for receiving SMS or MMS messages?
We will not charge you any fee to receive our automated calls or text messages. However, your phone provider’s standard message and data rates may apply.

Will Bluevine contact me by phone?
Bluevine may contact you by phone from time to time with updates to your account. Sophisticated fraud attempts are even able to manipulate details such as making their phone number appear to be an official Bluevine contact number. Therefore, please be aware that we’ll never ask for your account password, full debit card number, or a one time passcode sent via text or email. For your account security, do not provide this information to anyone contacting you by phone, text or email. If you have any questions about a phone call you’ve received, please hang up and contact us directly.
Will Bluevine contact me by email?
Bluevine sends emails from time to time with updates to your account, feature announcements, promotions, etc. Members of the Bluevine team may also reach out to you via email to help get your account setup, these emails will come from @bluevine.com or @emails.bluevine.com addresses.
