You can deposit funds into your Bluevine Business Checking accounts through cash deposits, mobile check deposits, bank transfers, or direct payments from customers.
At this time, Bluevine is not compatible with Zelle® and other instant money-transferring services. However, we are compatible with many popular financial applications to help you streamline your transactions. For a list of apps we know we’re compatible with, read our Guide to Connecting Financial Apps.
Bank transfers
You can transfer money to and from your Bluevine Business Checking account and any of your linked external accounts via free ACH transfers from your Bluevine dashboard by navigating to ‘Transfer money’. To initiate an ACH transfer, add the appropriate bank account(s) as an external bank account. Then choose the appropriate bank accounts in the ‘Transfer To’ and ‘Transfer From’ fields and select Continue. Review the transaction details and hit Transfer.
You can also transfer money from an external bank account by initiating the transfer from that bank directly. You can deposit funds into your account via free ACH or incoming wire transfers. To receive an ACH or Wire transfer from an external bank to your Bluevine Business Checking account you’ll use the following information:

Check deposits
To deposit a check, you’ll need to download our mobile app from the Apple App Store and/or the Google Play Store.
Once you’ve logged into the app, click ‘Deposit Check’ located on the bottom menu. The app will prompt you to take a photo of the front and back of the check. Be sure to take photos of the check with all four corners visible, in a well-lit area on a dark-colored background so the image is legible.
Check deposits can take between 3-6 business days to clear based on account history. The check deposit cutoff time is 6:00pm ET / 3:00 pm PT. To learn more about the types of checks you can deposit into your Bluevine account, check out our support article about how to deposit a check.
