Once you’ve finished setting up your Bluevine Business Checking account, we’ll ship your Bluevine Business Debit Mastercard® to the shipping address you designated when completing the application—either your home or company address. It can take between 7-10 business days to arrive but may take longer due to holidays or shipping delays. Note: Only one debit card is issued per business and only for your main Bluevine Business Checking account. A debit card cannot be ordered for any sub-accounts or additional authorized users.
Activating your Bluevine Business Debit Mastercard
Once you receive your card, you can activate it by following the steps outlined in our How do I activate my debit card? support article.
Have you not received your Bluevine Business Debit Mastercard?
If you haven’t received your Bluevine Business Debit Mastercard® within the expected timeframe, you have the option to mark it lost or stolen through your Bluevine Dashboard.
Marking the card lost or stolen will immediately void the previous debit card, and you’ll be issued a new one. Before doing so, we recommend checking both the personal and business addresses listed for the card in your Bluevine Dashboard. Please note that for security purposes, our Bluevine Debit Mastercard® comes in a blank envelope.
If you have misplaced your card but do not believe it is truly lost or stolen, you can temporarily freeze your card at any time. To learn more about freezing your card, please review our Freezing Your Card article.
If the debit card is not at either address, we recommend the following steps before marking your card lost or stolen.
- Log into your Bluevine account.
- Select the Settings icon in the upper right-hand corner
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and review the address you choose as your shipping address to ensure it is correct.
- If the address is not correct, make the necessary corrections.
- Proceed to the ‘Marking your Bluevine Business Debit Mastercard® as Lost or Stolen’ steps outlined below.
Marking your Bluevine Business Debit Mastercard® as Lost or Stolen
Once you’ve verified your personal address is correct, you can then mark your card lost or stolen, and a replacement card will be issued and mailed to your shipping address. As mentioned above, marking the card lost or stolen will immediately void the previous debit card.
To do so via the Dashboard:
- Log into your Bluevine account.
- Select the Settings icon in the upper right-hand corner on your Dashboard.
- Select Debit Card.
- Click Report Lost or Stolen below Activate Card.
- Select My card is lost, or My card was stolen.
- Confirm that your shipping address is correct
- Select Order New Card
To do so via the Mobile App:
- Log into the App.
- Navigate to Settings in the bottom right corner.
- Select Debit Card.
- Click Report Lost or Stolen below Activate Card.
- Select My card is lost, or My card was stolen.
- Confirm that your shipping address is correct
- Select Order New Card
Once completed, a message stating your card has been shipped should populate. Please note, your debit card should arrive within 7-10 business days to the shipping address on file.
If you do not have access to the Bluevine Dashboard or Mobile App, please contact support and follow the on screen prompts to report your card lost or stolen.
