All the account documents and reports you’ll need are available on your Bluevine dashboard, however some are only available upon request. Reach out to our support team to request the following documents.
No interest letter:
If you’re looking to sell an item to a third party, you can request a no interest letter as proof to the third party that Bluevine has no claim over the asset you’re selling. However, we can’t guarantee that we’ll approve a no interest letter.
Outstanding balance letter:
You can request a letter from us with your current outstanding balance. Keep in mind that the outstanding balance isn’t the same as the payoff amount and payments take three business days to be processed. Any payment that’s currently processing won’t appear in your outstanding balance.

Payment history report
A history of all your payments made to Bluevine since you created the account.
Payoff letter
Request a payoff letter when you need a third party to pay off your Bluevine account balance. If you wish to pay off the balance yourself, you can do that directly by following these steps.
A payoff letter includes Bluevine's bank wiring and account information and a projected payoff amount based on the outstanding account balance. The projected payoff amount will be slightly higher than the outstanding balance to ensure the third party does not underpay. It may take up to two business days for you to receive your payoff letter.
Release letter
If you wish to permanently close your Bluevine account, you can contact our support team to request a release letter. We’ll email you the release letter to be electronically signed and returned to us, then we can officially close the account. Your account balance must be $0 before you submit this request.
Year-end report
A year-end report includes the outstanding balance and total interest you’ve paid for the year. These reports from 2020 and later are available in the Documents & Reports section of your Bluevine dashboard.

Zero balance letter
You can request a zero balance letter to prove you have a balance of $0 on your account. Contact our support team to request this document.
