- Select the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner, then Account details
- Select the Sign In & Security tab
- Click Edit next to Password
- Enter your current password in the current password field
- Enter your new password in the “New Password” and “Confirm New Password” fields
You can also select Forgot Password on the Sign in page and follow the prompts to reset your password.
As an additional security measure, we also recommend changing the password on your personal email account.
Secure your debit card
For Business Checking customers, there are a few different actions you can take to make sure your debit card is secure:
- If you believe your card has been stolen, or you’ve fallen victim to a scam, we recommend canceling your card by marking your card lost or stolen.
- If your card is missing, but you don’t believe it has been lost or stolen, you can freeze your card while you try and locate it.
