The Bluevine app lets you manage cash flow, pay bills, track transactions, deposit checks, and more from your phone. You can download the app from the Apple App Store1 or the Google Play store1. This article outlines how to sign in and navigate the app on an Apple Device. If you’re using an Android device, visit our mobile app for Android support article.
Signing In
- Sign in with your email address and password
- If it’s your first time signing in, or you’ve redownloaded the app, you’ll have to complete the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) requirement to verify your identity
- If your phone has biometric face recognition capability, you’ll be asked if you’d like to enable it when you first sign in
- If you select “No thanks, maybe later” you can enable it later through the Profile section
- If you’re registered as an additional user for another company, you’ll be prompted to choose a company when signing in
Home
- Your primary and any active sub-accounts you have are displayed here. Click on the account you’d like to view for a full list of your transactions.

Note: a quick view of your 5 most recent transactions may also be displayed here if you have no active sub-accounts.
Transactions
- Click on which account you’d like to view to see the Transactions page

Here you’ll find quick action buttons for Deposit Check, Transfer Money, Send Payment and viewing Account Details
- Note: You’re able to view check images for any mobile check deposit transactions from here
- You can search transactions from the search bar on this page or scroll to see a list of transactions
Payments
- A quick view of the number of upcoming scheduled payments in the next 7 days is displayed her
- Select Payments to view all scheduled payments. See the manage payments section for more information
Move Money
Click Move Money to access all actions related to money movement
Checking
Deposit Check
- Select Deposit Check to deposit a check to your Bluevine Business Checking account or sub-accounts
- If this is your first time depositing a check, you’ll see a pop-up informing you of the potential hold time for your first check deposit. If you haven’t connected an external account, you’ll be prompted to do so here. For information on check deposit holds, check out our check deposit holds article.

Transfer Money
- Select Transfer Money to transfer money to and from external accounts
- You can add external accounts by navigating to Profile on your app
Deposit Cash
- Select Deposit Cash to locate a Greendot® service's location from this section.

Find an ATM
- Select Find an ATM to find a Moneypass® ATM near you

Bill Pay
Send Payment
- Select Send Payment to send payments to added payees
- You can send a payment to a previously added payee or add a payee from this screen by clicking + Add at the top near the search bar

Manage Payments
- Select Manage Payments to view and edit any scheduled payments, or view any previously paid payments
- To edit or delete a scheduled payment, select the payment and then click either Edit Payment or Delete Payment
Manage Payees
- Select Payees to view, add, or edit payees
Upload Bill

Select Upload Bill to upload a bill to your dashboard
- Choose how you would like to upload your bill: Take photo, Upload photo, or Upload file
- Once your bill has been added, you can preview it before selecting Upload. Your bill will now show up in the Unpaid Bills tab of your dashboard when signed in using a computer or mobile browser.
Profile
User
- Select Personal Information to view the personal information listed on your account
- Select Company Information to view relevant information about your business listed on your account
- Select Sign in & Security to view the email address you use to sign in
- You can also toggle Face ID capability from this menu
Account Details
- Select Account Details to view your account and routing number information for your account and any active sub-accounts
- You can easily copy the numbers by clicking the icon next to the number you’d like to copy

- Select Debit Card to see actions you can take to manage your Bluevine Business Debit Mastercard®
- You can activate your card, freeze your card by selecting the toggle, set or change your PIN, or report your card as lost or stolen from this menu

- Select External Accounts to view and add external accounts or debit/credit cards for payments and transfers
- Toggle between Banks and Cards at the bottom of your screen
- Note: Debit/credit cards cannot be added using the mobile app. Please login to your dashboard on a computer or mobile browser to add a debit/credit card
- To manage any pending or unverified accounts, visit your Bluevine dashboard on a computer or web browser
General
- Select Help & Contact to open our Help Center, where you can view helpful articles related to using your account on the go
- Select Sign Out to sign out of your mobile app.
- Note: the app will automatically sign you out after a period of inactivity
