Please follow these steps to connect your bank account using Yodlee*:
- Sign in to your Bluevine Dashboard.
- Navigate to External Accounts, then select Banks.
- Click Add Bank Account.
- Select your bank from the images shown or input your bank’s name in the search bar and select it once populated.
- Enter your online banking login information.
- Note: This is the login you use for your external bank account, not your Bluevine Dashboard login information. - If your bank uses Multi-Factor Authentication, follow the steps provided and click Continue.
- Select the account under your bank login that you would like to use and click Continue.
- Click OK on the Account Added Pop Up.
- To set your new bank account as the primary, proceed to How to Change Your Primary Bank Account.
- If your bank account is not listed and you would like to add it manually, please follow the Manually Adding Your Bank Account for Yodlee Users steps below.
Manually Adding Your Bank Account for Yodlee Users
If your bank is not listed as an option for online connection, you can manually add it by following these steps:
- Select Add Bank Account under External Accounts.
- Click Add Bank Account Manually at the bottom of the pop-up window.
- Enter the required information and follow the prompts to upload your bank statements.
- Click Continue.
- Once your bank account statements have been verified, your bank account will be added to your external accounts in your Bluevine Dashboard.
- To set your new bank account as the primary, proceed to How to Change Your Primary Bank Account.
