Check Upload Unsuccessful
When we are unable to read the check in the image, you may see this error:
To fix, please use the automatic snapshot feature that takes the photo automatically when you have the photo box closely outlined around the check. Make sure there is no space between the check and the black lines.
Additionally, it’s best to have a darker background behind your check. Once you line up the check with your camera, it should be quick to snap a picture of the front and back of your endorsed check
The most common reasons a check may be declined are the check is not made out to the business and/or the check could not be validated.
1.) Checks are written out to your business name
We recognize that as a small business you sometimes use your personal name and business name interchangeably. The correct endorsement name helps us process your checks quickly and efficiently.
2.) Checks cannot be validated
BlueVine was unable to confirm the validity of the check. This could be an issue with the image, so we suggest you re-attempt the check capture and deposit. If you still receive this message, we may be unable to accept this check and encourage you to confirm that the check is valid with the issuer.
