Check Upload Unsuccessful
When we are unable to read the check within the image, you may see this error:
To fix this, please use the automatic snapshot feature that takes the photo automatically when you have the photo box closely outlined around the check. Make sure there is no space between the check and the black lines.
Additionally, it’s best to have a darker background behind your check. Once you line up the check with your camera, it should be quick to snap a picture of the front and back of your endorsed check.
The most common reason BlueVine will deny a check is that it could not be validated.
Check cannot be validated
BlueVine was unable to confirm the validity of the check. The error could be an issue with the image, so we suggest you re-attempt the check capture and deposit. If you still receive this message, we may not accept this check and encourage you to confirm that the check is valid with the issuer.
