Some of our agreements and contracts require pop up blockers to be turned off in order to access them. While you may not have downloaded a third party pop up blocker, most browsers have them automatically built in and set to 'on' as their default.
Here's how to turn off pop up blockers on some of the more common browsers:
- Chrome (Desktop and Android)
- With Chrome launched, either
- click the 3 vertical dots to the right of your search bar and click 'Settings'
- click 'Chrome' on the top left of the menu bar and click 'Preferences'
- Under 'Privacy and Security', click 'Site Settings'
- Find and click 'Pop ups and redirects'
- Ensure the toggle on the screen next to 'Blocked (recommended)' is switched to 'Allowed'
- Quit and relaunch Chrome

- With Chrome launched, either
- Safari (Desktop)
- With Safari Launched, click 'Safari' on the top left of the menu bar and click 'Preferences'
- On the top row of the pop up window, click 'Websites'
- On the left side menu, click 'Pop-up Windows'
- Look for 'When Visiting Other Websites' and choose 'Allow'
- Quit and relaunch Safari

- Find and click 'Settings'
- Scroll to find and click 'Safari'
- Under 'General', toggle 'Block pop-ups' to 'Off'
