Once in the app, click “Deposit Check”. Check your deposit limit on this screen to ensure you have enough available in your limit. For a temporary exception to this limit, please reach out to our Customer Support team. You will be prompted to take a photo of the front and back of the check. Be sure to take a photo of the check in good lighting, so the image is legible.
Check deposits take up to 5 business days to clear. If for any reason we need a bit more time, we’ll reach out to you via email. To learn more about which checks you can deposit into your BlueVine account, read our guide to mobile deposits.
To transfer money from a bank account that you hold at another bank, initiate the transfer with that bank directly. Most banks allow you to process transfers to outside banks directly through your portal, however, some may require you to reach out to the bank via phone or in person at a branch. There are no incoming transfer limits when the transfer is initiated from your external account. At this time, BlueVine does not have the ability to receive wire transfers into your Business Checking Account. However, you can transfer funds to your account via ACH.
Please note, transfers from external accounts can take 3-5 business days.
