BlueVine offers various ways to deposit funds into your BlueVine Business Checking account. You can deposit funds through a cash deposit, a check deposit, or an account transfer.

We’ve done our best to make the check deposit process as simple as possible. To deposit a check, you’ll need first to download our mobile app from the Apple App Store and/or the Google Play store.
Once you’ve logged into the app, click ‘Deposit Check’ located on the bottom menu. The app will prompt you to take a photo of the front and back of the check. Be sure to take a picture of the check with all four corners visible, in a well-lit area on a dark-colored background, so the image is legible.
Check deposits can take up to six business days to clear. The check deposit cutoff time is 3:30 pm PT. To learn more about the types of checks, you can deposit into your BlueVine account, review our How do I deposit a check? support article.
You can conduct incoming or outgoing ACH transfers using the ‘Transfer Money’ button on your BlueVine Dashboard. You must add the appropriate bank account(s) as an external bank account on your BlueVine Dashboard to initiate an ACH transfer. Once you’ve added the external bank account(s), you can select the appropriate bank accounts in the ‘Transfer To’ and ‘Transfer From’ fields and select ‘Continue’. Review the transaction details and select ‘Transfer’.
To transfer money from an alternate external bank account you own, initiate the transfer from the alternate bank directly. You can deposit funds into your account via ACH or wire transfers. Important note, ACH transfers initiated from external accounts can take 3-5 business days to be credited to your account.
