If you believe your card has been lost or stolen, you can cancel your card at any time via your Bluevine dashboard or by calling us at (888) 216-9619. Please note that marking your card lost or stolen cannot be undone and we’ll need to send you a new card.
How to mark your card lost or stolen via your Bluevine dashboard
- Sign in to your Bluevine dashboard
- Select the Settings icon in the upper right-hand corner
- Select the Debit Card tab
- Click Report Lost/Stolen
- Select either “My card was stolen” or “My card was lost”
- Verify your shipping address
- Debit cards will be shipped to your home address
- Click Order new card
Note: To avoid possible delays, please make sure your address is correct in your ‘Profile & Settings’ tab before marking your card as lost or stolen.
Your card should arrive at your home address within 7–10 business days. Once received via USPS, you can activate your new card by following the prompts on the packaging.
To lock your card via phone, call (888) 216-9619 and follow the prompts for existing Bluevine Business Checking customers.
