Once your account has been set up, we will ship your debit card. It generally takes between 5-7 business days to arrive.
Once you receive your card, you can activate it by calling 888-216-9619 or via the BlueVine Dashboard. You will need to enter the last four digits of your card number and the expiration date.
If for any reason you do not receive your card in the expected time frame, you can mark your card lost or stolen. To do so, go to “Your Profile” on your BlueVine Dashboard. Next, click “Debit Card”. You should see a message saying your card has been shipped. Click “Report Lost or Stolen” below “Activate Card”. This will immediately void your card in-process and start the process over again. You can also mark your card lost or stolen by calling 888-216-9619.
