To ensure your account is as safe as possible, we’ve enabled two factor authentication (2FA). This is required and cannot be turned off. Every time you login from a new or not trusted device, we will send a code to your registered mobile number.
After agreeing to all the BlueVine terms and conditions, you will be asked to verify your mobile number. You should receive a code shortly after clicking Send. Next, enter the code on the following screen.
If you are using secure, primary device, you can check “Trust this device”. Checking this box will allow you to bypass 2FA when logging in from this device. It will still be required when logging in from a new device.
Changing Your 2FA Number
If you no longer have access to your mobile number that is used for 2FA, please reach out to the Customer Support team at 888-216-9619. We will be able to assist you further.
