Our goal at BlueVine is to help your business grow and keep your information secure. Therefore, we cannot provide details of your account to anyone other than an authorized user on file.
We can add or remove an authorized user on file for your Lending or Factoring account at your request. Once an authorized user is added, we can disclose account-specific information to the user, as long as they can verify their identity. This option is not available for our BlueVine Business Checking Account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you would like to add an authorized user to the account, contact us at 888-216-9619 and select option 2. Alternatively, you can send an email to email@example.com, and we will send you a follow-up email to ratify the new authorized user.
