Weekly Payment Plan
When a payment is missed on the account your account will be placed on hold for failed repayment and the subsequent payment is going to be higher due to the way fees accrue. A catch up payment would need to be made up in order for your account to be reviewed. If you are having issues with cash flow and unable to make the payments, please contact our Resolutions Team directly 650-252-2255.
A catch up payment consists of two weeks of payments, a late payment fee of up to 5% of the missed repayment and the interest that has accrued. Catch up payments can be made on your Bluevine Dashboard under the Flex Credit tab.
Monthly Payment Plan
When a monthly payment is missed, the payment will be initiated again the following week. Please note: The payment may be higher depending on when the fees accrue. The account will be placed on hold when the debit fails, and a catch up payment is needed to have the account reviewed.
