If a third party will be paying off your account, a payoff letter is the appropriate document. The payoff letter consists of your account number, your outstanding balance as of that time, and the wiring instructions. A payoff letter can be provided to you via email within 1-2 business days by contacting us at 888-216-9619 option 2 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be aware that once the payoff letter is requested we are unable to release any additional funds, and the debits will continue to run as scheduled until the payment is received from the third party. Once the payment is received a release letter will be sent to you via email and your BlueVine account will be closed.
If your account is overpaid, you will receive a rebate to your primary bank account on file after all payments have processed. Please note that payments via ACH take three business days to be processed.
We strongly suggest that your third party send the payment via wire which should be applied to your account within 1 business day after receipt. If a check is mailed it can take up to 10 days to receive and be applied to your account.
