Occasionally, you may receive an email from us asking you to update your financial data. Updated bank data is needed to ensure that your business continues to qualify for your credit line.
This task is required to submit additional funding requests. There are two ways to complete this task:
Bank Connection - A bank connection provides BlueVine a read only view into your transaction history. If you're establishing a bank connection for the first time, please view our article here.
Alternatively, if you have previously provided this connection and are still getting this notice, it may have been disconnected. To update, log on to your BlueVine Dashboard and click the orange task bar at the top of the screen. Then click Update. This will prompt you for all the information that is needed.
Bank Statements - If you would rather provide physical statements, you can do so as well. Log on to the BlueVine Dashboard and click the orange task bar at the top of the screen, then click Update. Scroll to the bottom of the window and choose Upload Statements Manually. The statements need to be in PDF format. Please ensure you have provided your last three months of statements.
