How to Establish a Bank Connection
To make a bank connection, first, please login to your BlueVine Dashboard. Once logged in:
Click on External Accounts located on the left side of the dashboard, then click Banks
Click the Gear icon for the account you would like to connect, then click the "Connect" or "Reconnect" option.
A pop-up will ask you to choose your bank. You can find your bank under Most Popular Sites or by typing in your bank name in the search box.
Next, it will prompt you for your login credentials and any security questions you may have. These come directly from your bank.
Once you have entered all the necessary information, you should see your accounts and balances.
To finish, click Close located at the bottom of the window.
- If you would like this account to be your Primary Bank Account (where we debit and credit), you will have the option to do so after the connection is complete.
- If your primary bank account is already on file, click the gear icon to the right of your primary bank account to connect.
Please Note: The bank connection is not compatible with all banks, if you do not see your institution name after searching for the bank name, you would want to upload your bank statement manually.
