Use these troubleshooting tips if you're having trouble connecting with QuickBooks online.
If you're having problems syncing with QuickBooks Online, first check to make sure that both the QuickBooks Online services and Intuit AppCenter are up and running. If QBO Services or AppCenter services are down, that may be the cause of your connectivity issues. In these situations, you should wait until the services are back up and try connecting again.
You'll also want to make sure that you're signed in as the administrator. Only administrator users are allowed to enable Intuit Sync Manager. To make the change in your account, first log into your QuickBooks account here , then locate and click the “Manage Users” on the setting menu. Locate your user account and click on “Edit” (on the right). Check the boxes next to all of the administrator roles then click “Change Roles”.
To disconnect your QuickBooks account from BlueVine, login to BlueVine, click on the "Profile" tab, then the "Online Accounts" page and click the gray "Disconnect" button.
