Self-pay option and installment plan

Grace period

To maintain your account in good standing and build your credit line with us, it is important that your customers pay your BlueVine account directly. Payments are due within two weeks of the invoice due date. This is known as the BlueVine due date. This gives you the flexibility to receive customer payments on a realistic schedule. However, we understand that sometimes clients do not make the payment in a timely manner. To avoid incurring unnecessary fees, we give you the option of "self-paying".

To Self-pay, go to your BlueVine account, find your invoice via the "Funded" page on the "Invoices" tab, and click on the balance of the invoice. This will bring up the itemized transactions for the invoice. Clicking on the button "I'd like to self pay", at the bottom of that screen will send us a request to debit your account for the balance of the invoice due. Please note that there *may* be a small fee associated with self-paying an invoice.

You assume responsibility for assuring that your account has sufficient funds to cover the balance owed. Debits processed through the Automatic Clearing House (ACH) system take 72 hours to clear by regulation. We will send you a payment confirmation email once the payment has cleared.

If self-paying the balance on an invoice is not an option for you, we'll automatically enroll you a twelve-week installment plan to settle the balance on your account. As part of the installment plan, we will draft twelve roughly equal installments on the accruing balance of the invoice over twelve weeks. You are responsible for any NSF fees that your bank charges you if you don't have sufficient funds in your account. You can opt out of the installment plan at any time by submitting a self-pay request.
