The Profile tab is the area where you can set your personal details and set or change your personal settings, as well as upload requested documents. It contains five pages: Personal Details, Business Details, Online Accounts, Files and Settings.
The Personal Details page lists your basic demographic information, including: name, title, address, and telephone number. It also gives you the option of connecting your social profiles, including: Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. You do not have to connect your social profiles to apply or be accepted for a BlueVine account. However, doing so will improve the odds of your application being accepted, the size of the credit line granted and potentially the rate.
The Business Details page lists your business information, including: name, address, and bank account where you want your payments remitted. Additionally, you'll find your BlueVine account information on the Business Details page. It's comprised of a P.O. Box or Bank Lockbox where you can accept checks, and a bank account where you can accept electronic payments. Both are in your company's name. This gives you both ownership and discretion over your customer relationships.
The Online Accounts page is where you'll go to connect and disconnect your accounting software and refresh your invoices. To refresh your invoices, simple click "Refresh Invoices". You can also connect your bank account via the Online Accounts page in place of having to upload your bank statements manually. We never store or view the username/password to your bank accounts. We rely on Intuit Data services for view only access. Your account may be used for verifying personal or financial information and/or for making credit decisions.
